Having issues getting my console streaming to work. Any suggestions? Anything would help

I'm having the same issue it was working. my app crashed when I was streaming and now it wont work. I tried restarting the xbox ,my computer my router and nothing fixed the issue. any help would be great

I tried the above and it did not work for me.

I just have grey boxes with 'No Content Available'

Any other suggestions? It used to work fine and my region settings are UK.

It wouldn't have anything to do with a Family Gold Pack setup or console safety permissions etc?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's not a store app that I am having an issue with. I am not sure how any of this would help me turn on my streaming via WMP or find a device that is not showing up that is on my network. If you could explain how doing that to my apps would help I would
be more than willing to try your suggestion.

Alright, I spoke too soon. After the update, it seems I have to actually reinstall the Xbox app to get any game play visible. If not, I don't get the spaceship launching.

And now I can't see the 720p image streaming from my console. I could the last time I tried.

So:

• 720p is possible, but due to unknown issues it stops working.
  
• Both console streaming and xCloud stops showing anything, like the launch spaceship.
  

Very weird!

EDIT: To add to this, I can get it working doing the following steps.

1. (Uninstall the Xbox app on Win11.)
   
2. Install Xbox app again ("winget install Xbox", very nice!)
   
3. Start to stream from my console on my Android phone
   
4. Exit the stream
   
5. Start the Xbox app on Windows
   
6. Start streaming from the console
   
7. ???
   
8. Profit.
   

I don't know why this works, but it does.

If I close the stream and open it again, I only get a black screen and have to start from the top of the list above.

This is on a Surface Laptop Studio. I'd hope that Microsoft products would work together just fine...

EDIT: It turns out that reinstalling is unnecessary, I just need to run "winget install Xbox" right after I have started a stream on Android.

I had this happen with the May Update to the Xbox One console while streaming. My streaming hasn't worked since the update. Running the Windows App troubleshooter only goes as far as to suggest a corrupted cache in the Windows App store, corrects the corrupt
files and restarts. Signed out of the Xbox Windows app and signed back in- This does not seem to resolve the issue.

I used to be a software and systems analyst for several major gaming companies.. this would be a Class A bug fellas. Progression breaks are bad ya'll. I would be happy to continue any discourse on this should any forum admins or Windows Staff want to touch
base on this. Will update should I resolve anything or find any relevant results.
