    Having issues disconnecting from xbox live


    As I'm playing mortal kombat x for the xbox one I'm connected to a party and able to stream through twitch. However, when I try to connect to other players or play ranked games it gives me an error message saying "You have lost connection to Xbox live, please
    check your Ethernet cable." But my Ethernet cable is fine, and my NAT is open, as well as I'm able to connect to other things that require internet. What could be the problem?

    Hey there Carbine,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection.

    Not knowing exactly what issues you're having outside of the EA servers or what troubleshooting steps you've tried, I would recommend trying our

    Randomly Disconnecting     troubleshooter. It has several steps for wireless disconnecting issues.

    Please let us know how that works for you and we'll go from there.

    360 Signs me out whilst using YouTube/Twitch .

    The issue is not resolved. Still plenty of 360 users having the disconnect from Xbox live issue. Clearly it's on Microsoft's end.

    This is definitely not a unique issue.

    I keep getting disconnected from xbox live either while trying to find a match, during the match, or sometimes ill go a couple matches then get disconnected from xbox live all together and i have to re-connect to live.

    I played with a friend in a party and I actually stayed in like 10 matches before getting disconnected.
