    Having issues connecting with a SPECIFIC player.


    For some reason, anytime I try to connect with a certain Xbox live user, I can't hear him in party chat, send a friend request to him, or even see his gamer tag in the party menu. on top of that, all of these issues are mutual between me and this other player.

    All of a sudden, I could no longer hear him in party chat, send him messages, or see his name in the party menu. When I look at the menu, his gamer tag appears as "???" I can't speak to him in game chat either. If I try to send him a friend request, a message
    appears saying "We can't save your changes right now. Try again in a while." And unfortunately, I don't even get an error code. Just this message. Gameplay with him is next to impossible, and I've found nothing on the Internet that matches my situation. Please
    help me out, and I would like to avoid the "just get a new console" solution, seeing that that is one of the immediate responses I see on some posts.

    Hey all,

    I'm having trouble playing head-to-head games with only one friend of mine. My NAT type is open, and im pretty sure his is too. What kinds of things can we do to troubleshoot this?

    Issues connecting with a specific friend.

    Join the same lobby and try there. If not, it may be an ISP issue as I have experienced this with some friends in Madden's past.
