    Hi,

    Im having issue redeeming the code for Just Cause 2 that came from the promotional offer of Just Cause 3.

    I triled to changing the Xbox One console region to match my account region and still doesn't work

    My account region is HK, and no matter i set my console in US or HK, it wont work

    is there anyway to make it work?

    just add, it always came with "something wrong please try again..."

    and the errorcode is "Xbos-0x80150017"

    It's not the console region that's the issue it's your account region and actual region

    tried to redeem the code still give me the same error code having issue redeeming the code for Just Cause 2 :(

    Hi,

    I just tried couple times. I keep failing migrate my account to US, I'm in US using Edge on a laptop but it just keep fails.

    I cant find any email notify me and I don't think that I migrate my region for past 3 month or ever,

    over 18 and believe I input correct DoB when I create my account (BTW its really stupid that even account owner cant check their age on their account)

    Chat support stuff told me my account is not suspended.

    with all this I still failed to migrate my account having issue redeeming the code for Just Cause 2 :(

    the code still can not be redeemed even though I was able to redeem another two codes just now.
