    Having Installation Issues


    Tonight I tried to install Gears of War 2 by disc. It instantly says "Installation Stopped". Try to install again doesn't change anything. I have an external hard drive hooked up. Currently, my internal storage has 23.9GB remaining and my external has
    4.5TB. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Installation stopped

    having issues with installation stopped at 60%, I have disc. So I have no story mode or online access.

    Tried hard reset, tried to install offline, still comes up with installation stopped, any help please.

    Is anyone else having issues with doing the installation for COD: Ghosts on the xbox one? It keeps stopping my installation everytime I resume it. I've only managed to get it to 13 percent.

    Heya diablo vs24.

    Sorry to hear about the installation trouble you're having! Since this began have you tried cancelling the install and completely power cycling your Xbox One? To power cycle, hold down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off),
    wait 30 seconds, and then power it back on.

    If you're still having trouble installing the game, can you share your detailed network statistics? Backward Compatibility uses the disc for verification, but it will download the content from Xbox Live. Thanks!

    Thanks, Mister Maka. That worked. It was the first BC game I attempted to install, so the x1 may have had an issue for that reason, and needed a refresh.

    Thanks, Mister Maka. That worked. It was the first BC game I attempted to install, so the x1 may have had an issue for that reason, and needed a refresh.
