having hard time getting the loot I want

I truthfully hate loot boxes, working so hard for a chance you get something you want. So I see this as a step in the right direction.

I think that if we were to all just go cold turkey on all games that have these loot boxes then the developers would have to listen, or at the very least if we stop purchasing loot boxes that might help.

I'd much rather just pay a few $ and have the cosmetic item that I want than to have to go through all the loot boxes getting every other item before the one I actually want.

That would be easier said than done, I just don't pay to get loot, especially cosmetic, it adds nothing to the game.

I have fun with them all, but my fave is the combat shotgun with pop rocks. Unfortunately that makes it hard to loot the bodies because half the time there isn't one left.

love diablo 3, its so good, dungeon crawlers are always fun, and theres plenty of loot to be had, my only gripe is that most of the loot is different looking so its hard to get your character to match when the loot is randomized.
