Having great trouble moving my xbox360 profile over to xbox one

I have xbox live and have done for a few years now, just bought a new xbox one and I can't move the profile across. The email address I use on the 360 isn't being recognised on the one even though I have a gold membership until next March. Should I just
ring Microsoft and try to sort it over the phone.

Your Server problems are starting to be a pain in the ***!

That doesn't work and made it worse.

Now I am having problems with my profile.

It keep sign out and message appear says:

A problem occurred while signing in!!!!!!!!!!!!

That really make me mad!!!!!

I just sold my PS3 to Buy new Xbox360 to play online and now I am having troubles and my Xbox is useless!!!!

I can't play online and now I can't sign in my profile!!!!

Sounds odd. Are you sure you're using the correct email address? Even on these forums you've logged into an account with 0G, suggesting it's newly-created.

As you suggest, speaking with Phone Support may be your best avenue as they can see actual details about your accounts and should be able to help you out here:

Try downloading the profile you created on the computer. Without logging in to the xbox360 go to download profile. Your problem sounds like the one my son was having. Downloading the profile fixed it.

Here in the Netherlands also error 80151912 on my Xbox360 console.
Xbox360 games on my Xbox Series X have trouble to access the 'Cloud saved games'.

No. The only way to transfer any information from the 360 to the One is over the cloud or Xbox servers. You would have to have the login information to move a profile over.
