Having echo problems using my Astro A50s on XB1. Please Help!

So I've had my pair of Astros for abut 2 years now. I've been using the same pair for on my xbox one and occasionally my PC. Everything has worked fine until sometime around July 2016 (so, for about 2 months now) .Something happened to where there
was echo in the party chat. To be more specific, I don't hear any echo, but people tell me my mic is echoing. My friends tell me they hear themselves on the mic. I also can see the ring around my gamerpic in the party chat menu "glow" whenever someone (that
isn't just me ) talks. I've tried updating the controller , I've bought a new controller, and I've tried lowering the volume.

A few other things:

Even when I turn down the mic to where I can barely hear my friends, I still see the "glow", and my friends say they can hear it but not as much.

For the past 2 years I could have my headset at very high volume and still not get any echo. It just started happening recently.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

P.S. My friends don't really complain about the echo that much, but I want to fix it because I know how annoying it can get.

Turtle beaches not working

I'm having a similar issue with my Astro A50s... Any advice on that?

XB1 controllers won't update with chat adapter and Astro A50's

What accessory are you having trouble with: Controller/Astro A50s

What exactly is happening? When attempting to update my XB1 controllers (tried two) to allow the use of my Astro A50s, with the chat adapter(this may be happening with my A50s, as well as my Turtle Beach XOSeven), it progresses to changing intervals before
giving me a "there was a problem updating your controller.

What have you tried so far? Please be specific!: Tried two controllers, both brand new, Batteries are out, Controller is USB connected, I have tried the recommendations on the XB1 support page, I have updated the software(firmware?) for both the headset
and mix amp, as of yesterday (8/20/14). The update has gotten as far as 75% before failure, sometimes its immediate. The controller and headset are resting on the ground, so theres no movement.

Are you in the Update Preview Program? no

Any Help would be great, as a google search provided no help, neither did the stickies in this forum.

Have you tried resetting your mixamp? The same thing happened to my Astro's and there was a firmware update that i needed to get. The only other way i could reproduce it was to have my controller plugged in and charging at the same time.

Something else you could do is check to make sure a recent update hasn't changed your audio settings. If you use the optical cable it should be "Optical Audio / Bitstream out", "Bitstream format / Dolby Digital"

Trust A Zombie

I have a problem with this but probably not useful for you guys. But I have the Astro A50'S and my voice comes through the headset too like a split second after I speak and because the mic is so sensitive it echoes. So when talking I normally turn the volume
down on my Astro's and it's fine.

i had this problem on astro headsets (a50) using the normal ms stereo chat adapter, if you want the echo to disappear you have to turn the master volume on the chat adapter down a few notches its best if you have one friend in the party give you feedback
if he is hearing a echo or not or u monitor your chat circle if its lighting up when some of your mates are talking that means the echo is still there. when you have turned the master volume down to a certain degree the cho will disappear. and you can chat
normally.
