    having download issues


    I hope someone here can help me. Every time i try to download something from the Xbox One store my download speeds are really low for some reason it will go from 18mbps then go under 1mbps and then just stop then go back up again.When i test my speed on
    the xbox with the detailed network statistics it says my speeds are normal. So what could be causing this?

    speeds will vary due to the console trying to ensure you have a lag free experience in multiplayer.

    Hi PiddlingHawk482, for now you could use a USB flash drive, I would use a 16GB one, that way you can install the game to the usb and any saves can be saved on there too. Instructions on how to use a usb flash drive are here

    I'm having issues with game downloading

    try to power cycle for 10 seconds then wait for 30 seconds or power cycle 10 seconds then unplug for 30 seconds then plug it back in , try check your internet cconnection go to network settings you always can clear alternant mac address in network settings
    try add and remove your Microsoft account and you can call Microsoft about this too
