Having difficulty with latency

Your Xbox latency is to the game servers, which depends on where you are located (your physical distance from them) and your internet type. Your other devices are not connecting to the same servers to test latency speed. Latency speed is restricted by physics. We can't send data at the speed of light due to resistance in the cable and other factors like the Earth's gravity. Some forms of internet are more efficient and faster.

With Fiber Optic like Verizon FiOS, I average 6-8ms in BFV. When I was using Comcast Xfinity (cable internet), it was 40-50ms. Fiber optic is faster (more efficient) than cable at sending data back and forth.

Increasing your internet speed will do nothing to help this. Game data packets are tiny for online gaming with a handful of exceptions.

Only way to improve your latency is to physically move closer to the servers (unlikely) or use a more efficient form of internet like fiber optic, if it's available.

5G cellular home internet is a near future possibility to get better latency, as 5G was built in part to improve latency speeds. No clue when it will be available around your area and how much it might help, but it is something to look into if you are determined to get lower numbers. What does this even mean? Latency is not something you "share" per se. You and your neighbor may have the same latency but there are so many factors that contribute to latency that there may be different reasons for you and your neighbors latency. You
may have latency in common but not shared.

You spoken about latency in your connection, but all form of latency is an issue when you play online, also TV latency.

If you have a relatively new TV with Game Mode enabled, your TV will have an average of 15-25ms but old TV without specific Game Mode, sometime have over 80ms of latency... and you must consider also this, not only internet latency.

Kinect will never have "zero latency" even today's controlers don't have "zero latency"
