Having an issue with a ban lasting longer than stated...

On September 12 2017, I was communication banned on Xbox live for saying a bad word, I acknowledge this and I sucked it up and went through with it, the ban was supposed to end yesterday September 27th 2017, however a day after the
communication ban was enforced, I was given a complete account ban for "Harrasment" until September 27 2017. (I don't even understands how I got that but I again sucked it up and went throughout with it. Yesterday was September 27 2017, and the account ban
was over I could play multiplayer and change my account settings but I notice that I couldn't send messages or talk in party chat. So I thought maybe it just takes like a day to go all the way through so I waited and here it is 7:00 on September 28th 2017,
and I'm still communication banned. Why is this? And why when I try to get on my other accounts does it ban those too? It's like my console is communication bricked or something. Please help I'm considering buying a new Xbox one or the One X but I just don't
want to spend all that money for a simple fix. I tried power cycling it, restarting the controller, everything I could and I've given up I'm pretty much desperate now and just want help. Thanks

Unsure what's defective with my controllers and batteries

With the charge station, I just ignore the lights and just grab a battery when I need one. Haven't had any issue with a battery not lasting a long time this way.

Actually when the offer began they stated that it would only last about a year after the game was released. It ended up lasting way longer than it was originally supposed to. Since the offer has now expired, you would need to repurchase the Xbox one version
in order to play on the One. You may want to keep an eye on majornelson.com for any sales.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

It is possible that a console suspension could have been issued to prevent an alternate account being used to bypass an enforcement action.

 

When I call Xbox support they take me to the enforcement website and when I go there it's hopeless. What is a console suspension and how long does that last?

 

And also, if I buy a new account with a Xbox live gold subscription will that be banned to, just don't want to have to buy a new console if this is permanent and I cant see how long it's going to last
