Having an HDMI issue

Hello, I just purchased a new Xbox one console and am having trouble getting it it to send a signal to my tv. The xbox turns on just fine and has no power issues. I have the hdmi cable hooked up to the TV out port so it's not that. It's not the cable itself
because I have switched it out with my blue ray player hdmi and both cables work with that device (in both of my TV ports) and low resolution mode (restarting the xbox by holding the eject and power button for 10 seconds) doesn't work either. Did my brand
new console come with a broken HDMI port?

HDMI Passthrough issues when using HTPC

I am having same issue. Is it an hdmi problem?

Red lines and dot's on screen when playing metal gear solid 5

Have you tried another HDMI cable or another HDMI port in the tv, to make sure its not having an issue with that.

Other than that, is this the only game that is having this problem.

Have you tried connecting your Xbox to a different TV?

That's pretty much one of the last steps to this
troubleshooter article for blank output.

Worst case scenario, you may have indeed gotten a dud console, but you should be able to return and exchange for a new one (depending on where you bought it from).

After factory reset, everything is set up the way it was before and still nothing. TV and receiver both are set up as they should be. I've tried every troubleshoot I can find.

Last update was 7/19, and no updates are available after that.

So frustrated.

Have you tried to replace the hdmi cables?
Try diffrent cable and test, let us know if it works.

Also on samsung smart tv go to setting and universal remote and add the xbox again

Please tell me, how do you want to controll the xbox, how was the settings before, did the xbox turn on the tv?
