You must log in at least once every two years so that your account does not go down, Microsoft may delete your Microsoft account and associated services. But since you don't recognize the achievements, you may have logged into another account.

Sadly this forum is not the place to arrange account recovery - there is nothing that anyone here can do to help you directly, you need to deal with MS Support. You will need to follow the instructions in the Account Recovery Guide HERE so that Support staff can get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

Why can't you get on the old account? Are you getting an error code? What happens when you try to log in?

It does not work. Still logging in as DenaryBuffalo17. When I try to switch to my old account I get an error "something went wrong with the login process"
