    Having account issues..help!


    Hi im not real sure if this is the spot where im suppose to post this so sorry if it is but ive been having several account issues on my xbox 360 account the gamertag is . i am unable to send friend request
    to other people and if they send me a friend request i cant accept it...this has been going on for days now so i think it is a little more than just restarting my xbox,.. also when im on my account it wont show
    my friends list! it says i have 0 friends when i know i have people added. please help me! its hard to play with friends when you cant see if there on your list or not or add new friends! thanks for reading.

    I have a issue that was recommended to come here and my account has been having friends deleted off my friends list and my account and i been taken off my friends friends list as well and i am lost and have no idea what to do can anyone help me ?

  3. Please Help Having Issues!

    So I went on my xbox yesterday and to my surprise i wasn't connected to xbox live. I went to network settings and it says "NAT Type Unavailable". After 2 Hours of frustration, restarting my router and xbox nothing seem to work so I just got off. Today I
    decided to call Xbox Support. They made it worse. They told me to do what I had already done unplug the router and xbox. Nothing was working and I went to check if there was an update I might need. I needed to update my xbox! So I told Xbox support and after
    waiting 20 MINUTES! They told me to reset my xbox and keep my games and apps. I did that and the update that I needed was about to work and then my screen goes to "Sorry Error Code (Alot of Zero's)" I tried connecting to my WiFi it still didn't update. If
    anyone has a solution please let me know! It would mean alot!

    Having account issues..help!

    It could be an issue with the gamertag itself. Try deleting the gamertag only (not gamertag and items) then clear the console's cache and restart it. Once it's up and running again head to Social>Sign In/Out>Download Profile.

  5. I agree with onyx62is it could be a number of things should try all of those steps

    Clearing Cache

    Step 1:

    Navigate to the far right of your Xbox 360 Dashboard

    Then go to SYSTEM settings click on STORAGE then click on The Y button when HARD DRIVE is highlighted for device options and then CLEAR SYSTEM CACHE and then restarting your console. If his solution didn't work try re-downloading the profile.

    In my personal experience with my console I once had the same issue, but it seemed to have been related to something much different, out of interest how long does it take you to sign in to XBOX LIVE on your console? When I had the same issue it took forever
    to sign in, send a message or a friend request. And while trying to send a message or add someone or even accept someone it wouldn't, but it appeared to be down to my connection to the internet being severely laggy. I checked my router to see what was going
    on and it was severely over heated. Since I let it cool down from weeks of suffering it signed in to XBOX LIVE pretty quick and I could send messages with no errors at all, and the same with accepting friend requests or sending them.

    Let me know how it all works out!

  7. Have you tried contacting xbox via phone or chat? ask then to have this issue escalated to the tech team at T3
