Thanks for your reply. I have managed to get it working fine by updating the controller and reassigns the buttons and it worked and didn't open any software. Hopefully this will help someone else.

In the Games for Windows software there are three tabs along the top

• Marketplace
• Downloads
• Settings

In the "Settings" tab, at the bottom of the page is a section for Profile Management. Clicking the Clear button will remove your Games for Windows - LIVE account information. Once cleared, you will have the option to sign into your account in the upper right
hand corner of the screen. Keep in mind that any games you downloaded with the previous account will not work without a valid sign in.

In order to change Emails, Passwords or Personal info please go to. account.microsoft.com and go to the [Your Info] Tab and Edit Personal Info then Billing info and Manage Sign-in info

Updating all of this information consistently will prevent any Security or Billing sent to the wrong email in the future.

That is quite odd indeed. Just to make sure that the Xbox privacy settings are all up to date, kindly follow these steps in order to manage your adult account settings:

Sign in to your Microsoft account at Xbox.com.

Select your gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & online safety.

Note Because you’re accessing sensitive info, you may have to enter your password or PIN.

If you're unable to get past the Privacy and online safety settings, which means your account is a child account. A child account cannot manage its own Xbox privacy settings.

Select either the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

Review the current settings and make sure to update all of the options as "Allow" and "Everyone", and then select Submit to save the changes.

Note: Make to select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved.

Once you're done, sign in to your adult account and try to chat with some players to see if it works in Minecraft bedrock Edition.

Thanks for your reply. We have an Xbox one console. We have tried updating the controller and the software up to date. What is unusual is there is a volume tab in settings etc, but I'm unable to access it, the cursor skips over it to the buzzer tab. The
controller buzzes when we hit the tab.

we don't have a second controller to test the headset out on.

I'll look at the network settings when i get home from work.
