    If you file the complaint, and then block communications, then remove him from your list there is no way he will be able to send you a message. Once you block communication just make sure you don't send him a message as that will unblock communications.
    I wouldn't worry about it though. Just move on and enjoy your gaming experience. :)

    Okay thanks guys, I've only been friends with him on live for a short time so I didn't really know what I was getting myself into, and I'm only staying friends with him for now to avoid said threats. And yeah I change all my passwords on a weekly basis so
    that won't be to much of an issue I hope.

    There is no way for him to hack and brick your console. He can phish you for your details to gain access to it, so he's just blowing smoke. All he can do to your syste is send DDOS attacks and knock you offline. And those are illegal I read. I would kick
    him off your friends list and block him. It's nothing to get worried about, unless he lives with you and has access to your profile/system.
