Having a problem with my Xbox one. Error code "0x80070490"

There is a problem with my Xbox One when I turn it on. It will not bring me to the home screen of my Xbox. Every time I turn my Xbox One on, my screen goes black and it bring ls up a notice with the error code "0x80070490" and tells me to enter it in at
www.Xbox.com/errorhelp but it doesn't do anything but pull up posts from 2 years ago. I could really use some help in fixing this problem. It will let me sign on to my Xbox 360 with no problem at all but once I go
onto my Xbox one to sign in and play, it brings up an error. I will greatly appreciate any help i can get. Thank you!

Error 0x80070490

I have recently started getting an error code of 0x80070490 when starting up my Xbox One.

I am part of the preview program and noticed there was an update recently so this might be the problem.

When I look up the code on the error page it tells me it's for an Xbox 360.

any one else getting this?

 

XBox One Error Code

I had my xbox one unplugged and when I plugged it back in, I got this error code: 0x80070490. It was working perfectly before it was unplugged.
