Having a problem to where vanguard wont appear and wont install

Yeah it's the disc drive how might I fix that

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Is there any indication of the console reading the disc? If yes, simply perform a power cycle then try again.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If there is no indication kindly try a different disc game and check if the console will have the same issue as it can be an issue with the disc drive.

so if you don't preorder it...that vanguard gear wont show up at all?

They wont automatically start installing but they will appear in Ready to Install next to Games (Digital) If it is a Disc you wont see them until you put the Actual disc into the Xbox (Disc)

I have the same issue that the store wont let me manage or download vanguard. Tried the power chcle and it didnt work any suggestions
