    I have a hauppauge pvr 2 connected to my xbox one my connection is wired. I am trying to capture gameplay from my pvr 2, when i hit the record button, the game i am in will lag, i am getting upset cause this hasnt happened before, i am thinking this might
    be a cod issue when i start playing i have 3 bars and will drop to one. any suggestions on what the problem may be? thank you

    having a problem i need help

    Try doing a hard power fail reset on your network equipment (modem and router unplug each for 15 - 20 seconds) and on the XBOX console too. On the XBOX perform the hard reset as follows. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the
    power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

    What did you mean by you still have the game ownership on your Xbox Series S? Did you mean by ownership as currently installed on your Series S?

    Please be informed that the license of game from a disc is stored in the disc itself. It's required that you insert the disc to be able to play the game. Since you're on Series S, it's not possible to use the license from a disc. You would need to purchase the game digitally to link its license directly to your account.

    I see. Unfortunately, game disc can't be used on your console. It cannot be transferred digitally to your account. You must purchase the game digitally in order to play it.
