When I go to the store to purchase a game it sends me back to the dashboard and get no error. My internet works just fine.

Remove your payment instrument from account.microsoft.com, then re-add it. Try to purchase again.

Check your transactions on account.microsoft.com/orders.

If the transaction did not go through, contact Xbox Support. They will look into what's going on from the back-end. If you're using Microsoft credits, they will escalate it. If you're using a 3rd-party payment method, they may refer you to your bank/financial
provider.

A hard reset may solve this problem.

Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable.

Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console.

Is the version of fifa 14 digital or Hard copy...

Digital: It has a region lock on it.. meaning you cant download it in your region even though you have your Xbox set up in a different region...

Disc: They have two formats for disc NTSC or PAL for the Xbox 360, make sure the disc has the right region...

Hi,

Your country is not officially supported by Xbox LIVE (Uruguay) which would mean that you would not be eligible to download the region locked FIFA 14 title. Unfortunately, there's nothing you would be able to do to be able to download this game properly. The
error code you received means that you have a region conflict. You're in a country/region other than the one where the game can be officially purchased/downloaded.

The only way you'll be able to properly download this game is if you take the Xbox 360 console to the United States and download it there, no way around that, sorry.
