    Having a Power On loop prob with brand new Xbox One S.


    I purchased an Xbox One S, the Battlefield green bundle, brand new. We took it out of the box and plugged it all in. Pushed the power button and it shows the green screen with the three dots. Then it goes to a black screen, like it is moving forward to start
    up, but instead the console resets itself and brings the green screen back up. It's in a constant loop of restarting and will not move on. I tried the troubleshooting suggestions of unplugging it and using different power outlets. I have searched the web,
    Microsoft site, and other forums to no avail. I attempted to reach out to the Microsoft online support, but no one got back with me.

    Is this a common problem that has not been reported? Has anyone else had this problem and were you able to fix it or did you have to return it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    My new xbox one s keeps switching off

    my new Xbox one S randomly powers down for no reason. The power strip is brand new. I also tried switching off the auto power off setting and no luck. No overheating

    sorry i am having same prob its not power supply or the hdmi i have same prob i had to buy new xbox and it works fine with hdmi every thing set up the way my 6 month old xbox so i dont know

    it possible to only have to connect this found power cable without the unnecessary bulk to plug in.

    Hi, you have to really hunt around for an original Xbox One branded power supply. There are plenty of third party ones on game store sites and Amazon.

    You can't buy a power supply for an S or X as they are both internal.
