Yes, basically, getting this collectors edition from the Xbox market place will give you all the extras, and you won't need to insert your disc into your console every time you play, simply highlight the game tile
and press 'A' to launch the game and play.

if you buy a digital game, then you doesn´t need the disc to play the game. All dlc will be available on your same save.
