    Ok so been having issues where i access the store or something password related. When i hit enter on said password it comes up with a grey screen and once i press back it says its having osshes connecting to the internet. Yet i can still play online against other people. To make things worse i tried logging out and logging back in and now it dossnt even let me sign into my profile. Someone please help

    Hello Russell B, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

    Here are some steps you can take to try to fix the problem:

    1. Press the power button on the console to turn off your Xbox.

    2. Once the console has completely turned off, unplug the power cable from the back of the console. Don't simply unplug the cable from the electrical outlet on the wall, it should be disconnected from your Xbox Series S. HDMI cables and other connections can remain connected.

    3. Wait a minute and then reconnect the power cord to both the Xbox and the electrical outlet.
    Wait another minute.

    4. Turn on your Xbox and try to log in again.

    If the steps above do not resolve the issue, you can also try resetting your console to factory settings. Please note that this will erase all saved data on your console, including installed games and apps.
