    help please every time i start up Forza Horizon 3 on my windows I get a little black sign in screen and get a message that tells me I have to sign in but i am sign into the Xbox app on my pc. please I need all the help I can get.

    Problem with the game profile

    I'm having a problem with a game 'Forza Horizon 3'. After starting the game there is a message on the screen that the profile of Forza Horizon 3 which you want to load is already not available . Can you tell me what is wrong?

    I'm having the same problems with Forza Horizon 3 on W10.

    Microsoft told me to come here, but this forum is full of unreplied posts complaining about this issue.

    Uhm, make sure you are correcly logged in the Windows store. There should be a menu near the search bar. (on the left).

    If the error keeps happening, try logging out from the xbox app and from the windows store, then logging back again when asked by the game Having A Forza Horizon 3 Issue :)
