    So i have 13,295 credits, with 2,895 pending aswell as 10,000 bought with VIP gems.the 2,895 have been "depositing" for a week now. even after the 10,000 was bought the total remained at 13,295. i know that the deposits happen in the 15th and 30th, today
    is the 20th and like i said the 2,895 has been depositing for a week now. so atleast a few days before the 15th. basically my account doesnt seem to be updating.

    second issue, i cant seem to spend my credits. ive been looking and trying to find a way or how to do it and either im over looking it or the credits arent showing up for use.

    any suggestions?

    Quest not working

    Quests and Xbox Rewards are 2 separate things. If you're having issues with quests, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum. If you're having issues with the Xbox Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.
    You'll also want to post more details of the issue you are having in order to receive proper assistance.

    In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum.

    Keep in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th,
    they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. If you request a deposit, they credits are deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you made the request. So if you requested the 2,895 credits on or after March 12, they would be deposited
    on the 29th.

    Once credits are deposited, they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance. So when you make a purchase you would choose your account balance as your payment method.

  5. ive gone in to purchase a game but A) it doesnt give me a choice to use my account balance to pay for the game, and B) even if i begin to use another payment method it doesnt bring up the "would you like to use the (how ever much is on your balance) towards
    this purchase" or what ever it says like it does if there is money on the account.

    You can check your account balance at http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure you have money on your account. If you do and it's not showing up as a payment method, you'll need to contact billing. 1-800-4my-xbox

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards program issues. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue, which is a separate program. You would have to contact their support for assistance with this issue, via a link
