Haven't yet gotten Gears series for free

I bought the GOW4 Limited edition bundle on the 6th of October and I believe I first played the game on the 9th. The promotion says that you should receive the option to download the games within a month of when you first play via the notification section
on the Xbox. I know it's only been a little over a month but I just want to make sure I get the games at some point.

Haven't received and Codes for the Gears series yet. Want to play 3 so I can play 4. Cheers

I've read the first three, but haven't gotten Coalition's End yet. Great series...really adds depth to the characters and world in general.
