tbh you do get used to it, but the 360 dash is much better ...

 

This thread reminded me I haven't had a Banana Split in like forever... I wonder if I still like them? Hmmm... Since getting my One, every time I do actually use my 360, I find myself enjoying it less and less. It seems
like it takes a year just to sign me on it.

 

I have to agree with vampirella. My son uses my 360 now and when I get on its kinda blah to me. Also maybe I'm in the minority but I find the 360 ui very clunky except the Xbox button function. Other tha. that IMO the x1 ui is alot easier to navigate. I
really hope we never see the 360 ui on x1.

 

If your really that bored of it I'll gladly take it off your hands! Haha. Any seriously, maybe your just going through a phase of not being particularly into games right now. I know quite often I just won't play for ages or I'll be into other hobbies at
the time. I will admit that there isn't exactly a lot out at the moment. I too and finding myself going back to pc a lot lately.

Just needs some new games, shouldn't be too long.

 

I play on Xbox 360 way more than Xbox 1 (like 360 80% and Xbox 1 15% of me free time).

Some things have gotten better on Xbox 1 since launch (1) battery indicator (2) Dolby support (3) Recent players list. I also like the way how it doesn't abruptly disconnect you from XBL every time there's an update (which Xbox 360 does, annoying especially
if you're in a party) and it gives you very detailed Network status like Ping and download and upload speed.

What I want next is VOICE MESSAGING, and be able to change the Dash background with a picture/theme. And make Party Chat as fun and similar function to the Xbox Live Party feature found on Xbox 360. Microsoft owned the competition last gen in terms of Party
chat and they should rule it this gen as well.

Even though Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 has different architecture, if there's one company which can create software which pushes the limits on hardware, its Microsoft ^-^
