Haven't recieved tracking number.

Hi,

So I recently sent my xbox controller in for repair because of a faulty headphone Jack. I recieved an email 6 days ago from Microsoft saying that my controller has been shipped back to me.

However the problem I am facing is that I haven't recieved any tracking information and I'm worried that I may not receive the controller.

Any help is much appreciated.

able to track your repair order here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices?OSMCSignIn=true&wa=wsignin1.0

If you still can't find the tracking info you might want to contact support and get some more info from them.

No I can't. It tells me to give a mobile number in order to recieve a code to unblock it. I did that over an hour ago. I still haven't recieved the code.

only tracking number i got was to return it like i never recieved it it stay as delivered for a week or more and no tracking nummber was to it it was never sent from ups microsoft said they have 1000 cases like the one and i was the only one who was able
to click on return

Have you called FedEx with your tracking number? It is possible they do have it but haven't updated their tracking. They will at least be able to verify they collected it from Microsoft.
