Haven't recieved any content for pre-ordering Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition

I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition for over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't recieved my in-game pre-order items or the launch content that comes with the season pass.

I've never once used this account that Microsoft for some reason made for me when I logged in to the Windows 10 store. The content is supposed to be on my XBL account hippie4life, I've never had a problem with missing content before.

I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition for over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't recieved my in-game pre-order items or the launch content that comes with the season pass.

 

Incorrect Reward Credited

I received 5000 points for pre-ordering the Standard Edition of Gears of War 4 when i should have received 10000 points for pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition.

Thanks so much for posting from the account that purchased the game. Unfortunately, the DLC content will be tied to this account and we are unable to transfer the content to the other account. Going forward, when making purchases from the store, double and
triple check that you are signed into the proper Microsoft Account before making a purchase to prevent any confusion or issues like this. It sounds like you may have signed into the Store using a local account. You can see the differences in accounts on our
