    Haven't recieved any content for Gears of War 4 UE


    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition for over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't recieved my in-game pre-order items or the launch content that comes with the season pass.

    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition for over 2 weeks ago on my Microsoft store account on Windows 10 and I still haven't recieved my in-game pre-order items or the launch content that comes with the season pass.

    I've been constantly checking that thread for almost 3 weeks now, I've replied several times first time being 2 weeks ago and I haven't recieved an answer.

    I asked one of the community managers on the forums where my DLC is a couple of days ago, he told me to contact Xbox support which in turn told me contact windows support which in turn told me to contact you here.

    I also own Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition and had no issues with getting all extra content that comes with it to the only XBL account I'm using (hippie4life).

    Hey again -

    As I mentioned in your >>other thread<<, the in-game consumable DLC is not transferable between accounts. That
    means that the consumable items you are looking for will be available for use in-game able if you play as "DullAchiever660" but not as "hippie4life". I understand that this is frustrating however we are unable to assist further as content is neither transferable
    nor shared between accounts.

    If you have any further questions, please respond to your other thread instead of creating additional ones on either account.

    Thanks for the screenshot. We passed it over to the appropriate investigative teams who have determined that that content was not purchased on the account you are posting from. In order for us to best assist, you'll need to post back using the account that
    the purchase was made on.

    Then I should've gotten my content on MY account, not the one microsoft magically created for me without me knowing.

    How come this wasn't the case with Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition? It doesn't make sense that I get all the content for the account that I created for one game, then the next game I buy Microsoft creates an account for me and gives me the content on that
    account. It's VERY misleading, especially when it says that I own the season pass on this account and when the developers said ''IMPORTANT: The bonus Gear Packs from Season Pass are not shared. If you wish to ensure you get your Season Pass
    Gear Packs, you must first play the game on the Gamertag that you want to receive the packs. '' So I should've recieved the content on the account I first played the game with either way.
