    Haven't recieved a delivery label for a service


    I have ordered a service for my series x because it is faulty and on the email that I am supposed to have to delivery label on it says one is not available. I spoke to someone at microsoft two days ago and they said that it would be sent today. I haven't
    received it and now the call me back feature is not working. Any ideas on what I can do?

    Haven't received delivery label for service order

    *I know this unrelated but I need some help*

    hello, Mrs. Kathy

    I got my Microsoft Account Locked (Compliance Lock) and I sent the ticket 5 days ago and still haven't gotten a reply the sir ticket number is SIR11795026. I even made a ticket before that which was 8 days but I made a new one since I started a support ticket and he told me to make a new ticket. I even made a new ticket today where he told me to make a new ticket the case number is 1046428577. But it was the same ticket number as SIR11795026.

    The email address for the locked account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    When logging in to any Microsoft service I receive the message:

    Your account has been locked

    We’ve detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

    Unlocking your account

    To unlock your account, you’ll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we’ll get you to the right place.

    When I follow the link and fill out the form I received the reply that I violated the Code of Conduct. I filled out is called "account reinstatement". It also does not tell me how to retrieve my data. and I've made multiple support ticket and all they say is that in 24-72 hours I'll get a response which they never do.

    I've called and chatted with support, local and world-wide, for different services I just never get a reply they just tell me to wait everytime.

    It's been 14 days now.

    If the return label is for UPS then you would either drop it off at a UPS drop off or contact them to come pick it up. Same for if it's for a different delivery service.

    If you don't mind me asking, what kind of controller are you getting replaced?

    Controller replacements normally are self shipping, being that you have to ship the controller at your expense for the free exchange.

    For a little deeper look into your situation, I would suggest getting in contact with
    customer support at your earliest convenience.
