    I made a post some days ago about a Vault reward I didn't receive, a $25 Visa prepaid card.

    The user XBLRewards8 responded me and said they re-sent me the e-mail and that it could be in my spam folder, but I checked and it's still not there. I used a different e-mail to receive the reward instead of the e-mail from my account. Is there a way the
    e-mail can be sent to my main account instead?

    Hi. I think it's been 2 weeks already since I spent my gems on a Vault reward, a $25 Visa prepaid card. However, I still haven't received it on my e-mail account.

    Hello DancemaniaMania,

    We have re-sent this prize email. We see that the email you used to register to the Vault is different than your normal Xbox Live Rewards email, so please be sure to check that email address for this message. Also, you may wish to check that email's junk
    mail folder, as we have had reports of user's prizes being filtered there.

    We will escalate this issue with our team working on the vault to investigate. Unfortunately, we cannot send prizes to an email that is not the one that a user registered with.

    Hey DanceManiaMania,

    We are still working with our web team on any possible vault or email issues preventing you from receiving your prize. Since they control the vault, they have may have better insight into any potential issues that may be preventing a successful send. Our
    win fulfillment team confirmed a successful re-send of this prize, most recently on March 15th. As you state, we see you used a different email address for the vault, but since you have acknowledged this, we have passed this information along to our web team
    that simple confusion over emails is likely not the main issue, and they are continuing to investigate. Unfortunately, we cannot currently refund Gems for this particular prize.

    Our win fulfillment team will send you a token via private message from this gamertag (). You can access your messages by clicking your profile in the top right of this webpage, and accessing the messages option from the drop-down menu that appears.
    In order to redeem your token, you must follow the following steps:

    To redeem your prize from a browser:

    • Go to www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com


    • Enter your prepaid digital token

    • Immediately use the virtual card to shop online, or choose a physical card that will be mailed directly to you.

    That site has its own set of FAQs as well if you have more questions about the card itself. Apologies for the delay while we worked with our other teams.
