Haven't received the March update, but everybody else did

    Haven't received the March update, but everybody else did


    I live in the U.S. so there should be no problem with the update, but my xbox has not received it.

    Why haven't I received an update yet, I have been apart of the preview build for ever and still haven't received any build yet for the march update.

    Dark Souls 1 code missing

    Same here man. I still haven't received my code either. They don't even know themselves when the code will be out. They're telling everybody different things. First, it was wait 7-10 days. Second, wait until Dark Souls 3 releases. Third, contact bandai namco.
    Fourth, you'll get your code on March 1st. Fifth, you'll get your code on March 2nd. Sixth, wait until March 4th. I wonder what's next? Wait until March 24th to get your code?

    I have 2 x1 in the house one got it and one didn't. There has to be a better way to give out updates.

    Haven't received the March update, but everybody else did

    I have yet to receive the update also. I have 2 x1's and both haven't got the March update. I've reset my cable modem and have hard reset my xbox, then unplugged the power cable for 30 seconds. The next step is restoring to factory defaults. I really don't
    want to do that.

    I also have 2. On 2 different connections. One updated one did not. I was also considering factory default option but hesitant... So much time wasted downloading and installing. Ugh.

    dont reset factory defaults! i did it for you, it dose not work. you will be mad. just be patient, and yell at microsoft to do their updates by region like the good ol days. (sad face)

    Really stupid not to push updates across the board. I did all the above down to factory reset and it said no update needed even though there is obviously one. Killed all party games since most on friends list had update and I did not. Thought this was
    "Next Gen"! Big fail!!!!!!

    The full update isn't suppose to take full effect until tomorrow. Id say wait til tomorrow for the full update. Pretty sure most problems will fix themselves then
