Haven't received the codes for Gears of War Xbox 360 collection

I bought and installed (redeemed code) Gears of War 4 on 10/16/2016.

It has been more than 3 weeks now, and I'm still waiting for the codes to be delivered to my xbox live messages.

P.S. I bought my game in the promotional period.

I haven't received my codes for Xbox 360 gears of war collection. Your tech stupport sent me here and said I should have received it in 7-10 days.

 

Bought gears of war 4 digitally but I still haven't received the codes for the collection

if you ordered it on the 16th then it's not 1 month yet

As ngocphi stated. To qualify for this promotion, you just need to purchase and/or redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption/purchase
of Gears of War 4. So the codes will appear, they just are being sent out in waves. If you're not seeing the codes after 30 days from when you first played, please create a new post and we'd be happy to take a closer look into this. You can find more information
