Haven't received Stick of Truth code from Fractured but Whole pre-purchase

Ubisoft, if you pre-order the game on Xbox, you will receive a code for South Park: The Stick of Truth at launch of The Fractured But Whole.

So this is a bit confusing but I think you will only be able to get the stick of truth game when Fractured But Whole is released. Below are some of the fineprint in regards to the promotion provided by Ubisoft on the game's site here:

However if you get the promotional game earlier then the release that would be awesome. South Park The Stick of Truth is already part of the backwards compatibility program so gaming on Xbox One should be fine. You can check out the
