Haven't received Stick of Truth code from Fractured but Whole pre-purchase

Pre-ordered The Fractured But Whole and never received my code for the Stick of Truth at launch. Was directed to post here from xbox support.

I pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured but Whole and have not received my promotional code for South Park: The Stick of Truth. I purchased The Fractured but Whole 6/16/2016. Thank you

 

Codes are sent out 7-10 days after you purchase the game. If you don't receive your code by the end of the 11th day please create a new thread to let them know.

 

You will not receive Stick of Truth until you are charged for your pre-order of the game. Since MS now does not charge you for pre-orders until 7-10 days prior to the release of the game, you will need to wait until then to receive Stick of Truth.

 

I was charged for my pre-purchase. I purchased using account credit.
