Haven't received Sea of Thieves promotional items from latest Mixer stream

Typically I open a ticket with Sea of Thieves support, but they have been telling people to come here first to get this resolved. I would guess there's something wrong with my account since this has happened with the "Ebon Flintlock" item on 03/27,
"Onyx Compass" on 06/18, "Onyx Bucket" on 06/30,
"Onyx Tankard" on 07/02, and "Huntress Figurehead" on 08/21.

My Microsoft order history shows that I have both the "Sea of Thieves Obsidian Drum" as well as the "Sea of Thieves Obsidian Spyglass" redeemed, however, it has not appeared
in-game. This exact thing has happened for every promotional item for this game thus far.

I haven't received this bonus item for attending the second Sea of Thieves mixer stream that awarded said item, and was referred to post in Sales & Promotions by "GodsAssassin007."

first of all. Are you sure that you are using the same Xbox Live account? If yes, I suggest you to check if you can find the items in the equipment chest.
