    I did the Punchcard Pre-Order about a week ago and havent received my xbox reward credits.

    Hi, I recently purchased 5,000 credits from Xbox Live MyVIP Vault and havent received my reward. I purchased this using the GEMs in MyVIP. Its been nearly 3 days since last purchase. I need help.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Not receiving rewards credits for Summer Spotlight

    Hello RdCrestdBreegul,

    The Credits for that offer are currently pending in your account. For future reference, you can see a complete log of all your Credit and deposit activity from the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page. We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000
    or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards
    page.

    Since you are not a Rewards member, you did not receive any Credits. Only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards.

    Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

    As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
    post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.
