I had purchased gamepass through UPI for 449 rs . And refunded same day as my pc didn't support the games . Hence refunded and also got confirmation email regarding sucessful refund and reflection after 14 days . Also had a chat and xbox support comforted by telling they will refund . After 14 days I forgot and 1 month later contacted xbox they had the audacity to blame bank and tell it's not their fault . I got a fact no it's not my bank as I had already checked with them , bank told xbox hasn't don't nothing . And the support guy was very rude . I don't think I'll get my money back . Atleast it was a learning lesson not to order anything from xbox again . Good job big corporation " microsoft"

Well no you would only get the refund for 1 month not upgraded time

Basically if you stack codes and then bought the 1 month you'd only be refunded for the 1 month as prepaid codes aren't refundable nor is upgraded time

It will automatically convert your gold to gamepass based on price . So 1 month gold is 1.5 to 2 weeks gamepass.

If you have stacked or upgraded time for box gamepass ultimate then don't cancel as you won't get a refund for upgraded time onot the one month you bought to upgrade to ultimate and no you won't get gold refunded

You can try contacting Epic to see if there is a way to get them again if you don't see them in the store.

As far as the refund, if they haven't completed the refund, you would need to respond to the email you receiving confirming your refund request to try to cancel it. If they already completed the refund, there is no way to cancel it.

If they haven't made a decision about the refund yet, respond to the last email you received confirming the refund and tell them you want to cancel.

Otherwise, if it was refunded already, you would need to purchase the game again.
