Haven’t Received RDR2 $2,000,000 GTA

Hi,

I pre-ordered RDR2 on 01/08 and still haven’t received my code for $2,000,000 on GTA Online, any ideas?

Red Dead Redemption 2 GTA Online cash code never received

I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition and was supposed to receive a code for $2,000,000 for Grand Theft Auto Online within 7-10 days of pre-order to my xbox message center. It has been over 10 days and I still haven’t received the code.

I purchased the pre order for red dead redemption 2 ultimate edition and its been 10 days and I still haven't received my 2,000,000 gta money. I contacted Rockstar and they said that it's Microsoft who sends us the code and I havnt received it.

 

you may have to wait a little more. if they don't arrive you should contact rockstar support.

It is still very early in the pre-order process, it may just be that they haven't distributed pre-order bonuses yet. It also may be that they don't want to distribute them until the game launches to prevent players from getting freebies and then cancelling
the pre-order.

 

Same thing happened with me. Triying to resolve with Xbox Live and RockStar Support along 15 days.

It may take up to 48 hours to receive the the GTA Online currency bonus . I don't think it's a code. You will be given it in game ( I maybe wrong ). Have you been in GTA online since you ordered this? If it's pasted the 48 hour mark,
and you have logged in, or re-logged. Please contact rock star sells support.
