Haven't received rank 4 forums badge after claiming loot

Hello, I'm a Rank 4 Community Ambassador and I've claimed the loot for the Rank Four Forums Badge and I still haven't received it after an hour or so.

Description of the loot:

Rank Four Forum Badge

This Ambassador badge will appear on Forums.Xbox.com, designating you as an Ambassador to the Xbox Live Community. Wear it with pride!

Even more so, upon becoming a Level 4 Ambassador you unlock a t-shirt which I have claimed and confirmed to have, so it's only the forum badge not working as of now.

Ambassador Ranking

How can you be a level 7 Ambassador and still have no idea how it works? New Ambassadors have to be given the forum badge and forum access manually. Claiming badges on the loot page does nothing until we're granted the initial badge.

 

Enforcement United/Ambassador Program Error

I'm able to access the Loot and it says that I'm still level one, haven't received the badge for the forums and on the top right where it's meant to show my GT, it's stuck on "Loading".

It doesn't seem you have an Ambassador badge right now, I would send a pm to one of the forum support members and they should be able to get that fixed up for you.

 

In regards to DangerousBard's reply, when I click that link it says Group not found. It's basically like I'm not put into the Ambassador group even though I've been an Ambassador for what I would say, a decent amount of time for that action to take place.

As for Kiesey78, where exactly is/are there the forum support members to which I can pm?

You can PM Miss Ermine by going to this thread:
forums.xbox.com/.../442533.aspx and then clicking the link under her post that says "PRIVATE MESSAGE"

 

Well, it appears that my Ambassador Badge has shown up now, maybe I just needed to be a little more patient. :3 Thanks for all the help and responses everyone!
