Haven't Received Quantum Break Preorder Codes

Hello,

I preordered Quantum Break through the Xbox One store on April 4th, 2016. However, I still haven't received my codes. My gamertag is . There are no new messages in the Xbox Live MessageCenter. I've verified that I'm still getting messages.

There are the items that I am missing.

• Alan Wake
• Alan Wake: American Nightmare
• Quantum Break for PC

Xbox Support referred me to making a post here.

Alan Wake code for Quantum Break Preorder

I haven't received my code for the original Alan Wake with my Quantum Break preorder.

 

Quantum Break Codes

Pre Ordered Quantum Break on the April 4th and still haven't received any preorder bonus codes.

 

They took the weekend off. You won't be getting support until Monday.

preordered Quantum break on 4/4/16 and still haven't received codes for the alan wake games.

The game wasn't released yet when I pre-ordered it around 7-8pm PST, but I'm assuming it is a time zone problem. I also clicked the add in my xbox dashboard advertising the game and the bundle you get for pre ordering. Still no codes. please look into this

they say once you post youll get your code within 24-72 hours, will see
