    Haven't Received Quantum Break Preorder Codes


    Hello,

    I preordered Quantum Break through the Xbox One store on April 4th, 2016. However, I still haven't received my codes. My gamertag is . There are no new messages in the Xbox Live MessageCenter. I've verified that I'm still getting messages.

    There are the items that I am missing.

    • Alan Wake
    • Alan Wake: American Nightmare
    • Quantum Break for PC
    Xbox Support referred me to making a post here.

    preordered Quantum break on 4/4/16 and still haven't received codes for the alan wake games.

    The game wasn't released yet when I pre-ordered it around 7-8pm PST, but I'm assuming it is a time zone problem. I also clicked the add in my xbox dashboard advertising the game and the bundle you get for pre ordering. Still no codes. please look into this

    Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

    I also preordered the digital version of Quantum Break through my Xbox One and I still haven't received any of the preorder bonuses promised, including a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I contacted support and was told to post here about
    it and was not given any kind of resolution for my problem. From what I can tell, the codes were supposed to be sent out starting in early April and it's been three weeks and still nothing.
