Haven't received Quantum Break pre-order codes

I pre-ordered Quantum break from the Xbox store on the 4th of April, and i am therefore entitled to three promotional codes for the window 10 version of the game, Alan wake + DLC and Alan wake's American nightmare. As of the 16th of April i have not received
any of these codes and after speaking with customer support, i have been to place my concern here. The service request number for the call was
[Mod Removed].

I Haven't Received Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses

I pre-ordered Quantum Break on April 4th on Xbox One but I haven't received any of my pre-order bonuses. I contacted Microsoft support and they told me that I would receive my codes on the 15th. I received my Gears of War 4 beta code today but I still haven't
received any of my Quantum Break pre-order bonuses.
