I didn't get my pre-order bonus

I pre-ordered the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection with pre-order bonuses but after weeks I still haven't received my pre-order bonuses.

Can anyone help?

Ultra Street Fighter IV Pre-Order Bonus for Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection

I haven't seemed to have received the pre-order bonus for the 30th Anniversary Street Fighter Collection. I am unsure how many others are going through the same issue but is there a set release date for that bonus that I missed?

Sorry to hear it. If you met the requirements for the offer then you would have received the game as a 5x5 code via Live Message. Please check your messages on the console. Be sure that when you head over to the Messages tab that you scroll down to see
the Xbox Live messages which is where it would have been sent to

I just got off the phone with someone from xbox support. Apparently someone did not do a correct job about escalating this situation to the appropriate team so this is why it is being delayed.. the team offered to reescalate the situation carefully this
time so now I will wait for them to respond to it
