Havent received myvip rewards

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

MyVIP Star Ranks are not part of the Microsoft Rewards program. If you are an Xbox Live Rewards member with a MyVIP Star Rank and you transition to Microsoft Rewards, you will receive special benefits in Microsoft Rewards for a promotional period through
December 31, 2018. Click here to learn more.

Since we have not yet transitioned to Microsoft Rewards, there is no reflection of your MyVIP Star Rank in Microsoft Rewards.

Since you can register into the vault with a email of your choosing, have you made sure to check your vault registered email? Also, we have had reports of users having their prizes filtered to their junk mail folders. Has your prize been automatically filtered
to that email junk folder?

I have 2 email addresses I use regularly and the prizes are in neither of them. I checked my autofill settings and they are not for the email linked to my Microsoft account, so when it asked which email address I would like to use when claiming, it automatically
put in my secondary address, but as I said, there is nothing in the spam folder for that account either.

Our win fulfillment team has re-sent the prize to your vault registered email address. Be sure to also look in that email's junk mail folder, as we have had reports of user's emails from the vault being auto-filtered there.
