Haven't received my XBOX Live rewards (Xbox Live V.I.P) Credits in a year!!!!!!

Hi, recently within the last year or so I've been buying my games online, and haven't received my XBOX Live Reward credits from the games I have been buying. So I went on to Xbox Live online to see if i have received anything from
the games I have been buying and into doing my research I have noticed that on my XBOX live account it was showing that I was not an active V.I.P. member in which I clearly was remembering a couple of years ago I was receiving my credits off of brought online
games, and I also remember signing up for the V.I.P. promotions. So while scrolling down it was showing the past months where it would show the brought games that I have brought online (ex. last month,3 months,ect.) in which it showed that I brought none, which
I clearly have. From the beginning of this year I, at least brought up to 10-12 games on the xbox market place (most recently brought Madden 18, NBA Live 18, and lastly NBA 2K18) which I should receive some credits for. My last problem is I had the same account
for my XBOX Live since 2006 and its saying the I've only been a member since 2014 but if you look at my XBOX achievements I have games dated back to 2006 (ex. NBA 2K6 lol) but it's true. Is there anyway you can fix my XBOX Live rewards (XBOX Live V.I.P.) I would
love to receive my lost and unfound credits please!!!!!!!

Tekken 7 digital deluxe pre-order

I pre-ordered my digital deluxe version of Tekken 7 about a month ago. My question is why haven't I received the 15,000 rewards credits shown in Xbox Live rewards for that title pre-order?

Hello VinnyTwoTim3z,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

I was referred by an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member and purchased an Xbox Live Online Gold membership. I'm also an Xbox Live Rewards member. When can I expect to receive my 5,000 Rewards Credits?

To receive your 5,000 Rewards Credits, you must join Xbox Live Rewards and upgrade your Xbox Live account to Gold Online membership within 14 days of receiving the referral and retain your Gold membership for at least 30 days. If you meet all these requirements,
Credits may take up to 45 days to be deposited into your Microsoft account.

We see that you were referred August 2nd, and that the Credits for that referral have been pending since September. You can see these pending Credits on your MyRewards page.

I recently upgraded to gold but my rewards account wasn't recognizing it. So I haven't received points or credit for anything I've been doing for about a week. So, I contacted Xbox Live Rewards and they said there is a problem with my live account itself
that needs fixed first before they can fix my rewards. They did not know what nor say anything else besides that.
