Haven't received my xbox live rewards that I submitted a request for last month

We only deposit twice a month, once in the middle and once at the end of the month. Since your request was made too late to be included in last months end of month deposit, you were scheduled for the mid month deposit which is occurring shortly. You should
see this deposit in a few days, if not by the end of day today.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your offer Credits were from the later half of last month, they will be a part of the mid-month deposit this month. If you are asking about general MyVIP Credits, from our FAQ:

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit

MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Microsoft Rewards.

My apologies but the only department that handles and can investigate your account is Microsoft Rewards Support.

Since you have already submitted requests to Microsoft Rewards, I highly recommend you patiently wait for their response as it may take a while at least weeks or a month due to the high volume of support requests they receive daily as well as the on-going holidays. I would also suggest not submitting multiple requests.

yup me to I've spent well into the £100's and ain't received a thing yet all my account says is I've did the last survey which is worth 250 points. And in all honesty, I think I haven't been receiving the correct amount of rewards for a few months. I was
hoping they would add my rewards before the current sales on Xbox Live/.com run out as there are some bargains I'm after.

i have called xbox live and put in a request for it to be looked into, i take it anyone with the rewards haven't received any reward points for any new X1 games either, tut tut Microsoft, sort it out,
