    Haven't received my Voices of War Halo 5 Req pack


    I haven't received my Halo 5 Voices of War Req pack.

    I watched the stream for a while, was definitely signed in on my Xbox account and it has been oven 7 days since the stream finished.

    Please can you advise me as to what I need to do to get this rectified.
