Haven't received my siege credits

Hi i am unable to find the currency pack for Rainbow Six Siege that was included with the pre-order of The Division even following the steps provided by the support team.

Anything you guys can do?

I purchased the rainbow six siege and I still haven't received my codes.

 

Haven't received my credits

I have redeemed 17,500 credits and it's been over 96 hours can I have help to resolve the issue plz
