Havent received my reward

I got a messege on xbox live saying i have been credited 5$ but i havent got it

We do not see any Credits from our program being awarded to your account. It looks like that deposit was due to a refund of a purchase on your account. Unfortunately, we do not have access to user billable accounts, so we cannot assist you with where the
$5 was deposited to. You would have to reach out to Xbox support in order to determine how to access those funds.
